A preparation-first methodology, gated by quality.

Purview has developed a preparation-first methodology specifically for accelerated AI infrastructure deployments, combining structured governance, disciplined engineering and progressive quality assurance with collaborative project management.

01

Prestage

Engineering verification, assembly, labelling and deployment-readiness completed in a controlled prestaging environment, before installation commences.

02

Install

Reduced data hall congestion, improved productivity and enhanced schedule certainty, with traceability maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

03

Test & Accept

Installation, testing and acceptance separated into defined phases with independent quality gates: infrastructure progresses only after satisfying release criteria.

04

Go Live & Handover

Validated go-live with complete handover evidence: CMDB updates, as-built documentation and a live digital record of the deployed estate.

Why preparation-first

Won on the bench, proven on the floor.

Engineering verification, assembly, labelling and deployment-readiness activities are completed within a controlled prestaging environment before installation commences. This reduces data hall congestion, improves productivity, enhances quality and increases schedule certainty while maintaining traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

PURVIEW's delivery philosophy combines structured governance, disciplined engineering processes and progressive quality assurance with collaborative project management. Installation, testing and acceptance are separated into defined phases with independent quality gates, ensuring infrastructure progresses only after satisfying the applicable release criteria.

/01

Structured governance

Defined phases, clear release criteria and progressive quality assurance across the full project lifecycle.

/02

Traceability throughout

Every device, cable and placement tracked from prestaging to handover, powered by our Data Center Deployer platform.

/03

Evidence-based handover

CMDB updates, as-built documentation and a live digital record of the deployed estate: handover with nothing left open.

Inside the methodology

Six phases, each with its own release criteria.

Our four-stage summary (Prestage, Install, Test & Accept, Go Live & Handover) is underpinned by six engineering phases, each gated before work progresses to the next.

01

Prestaging

Material receipt, engineering verification, assembly, labelling, QA & deployment release.

02

Site Receipt & Validation

Receiving, delivery reconciliation, chain of custody and contamination inspection.

03

Active Infrastructure

Asset validation, DOA test, RMA handling, rack, rail & device installation with progressive verification.

04

Structured Cabling

Certified fibre & Cat6A installation, point-to-point and structured cabling methodologies, patch panels, dressing & labelling.

05

Connectivity & Optics

MPO, LC and copper connectivity, optics installation and verification.

06

Testing, QA & Handover

Certification testing, independent QA, documentation, acceptance, commissioning support & operational handover.

Quality gates: Engineering Release → Site Engineering Validation → Installation Verification → Independent Acceptance QA.

The India advantage

De-risking GPU hardware import, staging and deployment.

A dedicated AI hardware logistics and integration centre is under development in Hyderabad, purpose-built for receiving, integration, testing and last-mile delivery at AI factory scale, with customs-bonded import and custody, plus duty-paid domestic integration, secure staging aligned to our preparation-first methodology, reverse logistics and certified ITAD.

01

Port of entry

Chennai and Krishnapatnam sea ports for liquid-cooled rack imports.

02

Bonded warehouse

Customs-bonded receipt and custody at Purview Hyderabad.

03

Integration & QA

Assembly, testing and QA release in the prestaging facility.

04

Site delivery

Last-mile moves to the data hall under chain of custody. NVL72-class rack moves are planned with a specialist liquid-cooled-hardware logistics partner.

A defined route through India import certification

Next-generation liquid-cooled GPU platforms typically require two separate BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certifications per prepopulated rack (one for compute, one for in-rack power supplies), with ODM participation, joint submission and an in-country factory inspection normally required. Standard BIS approval takes 6–8 months from filing.

Purview runs BIS and DGFT filings end to end from framework signature, with import and shipping schedules aligned to certification milestones and direct engagement with certifying agencies, keeping certification off the critical path rather than a late-stage surprise.
